Requirements

A list of supplies used for this work: 

Paper
- Arches, Grain Fin (Cold Pressed) , 100% cotton watercolor paper, 300 gsm,  28х38 cm
Watercolor 100% cotton paper of any other brand is suitable for this work, although Fin or Torchon textures are recommended, as well as a paper density no less than 200 gsm (300gsm is the best)
- Cotton or cellulose watercolor paper of any density for exercises and sketches.  In the lesson for this purposes Winsor&Newton cellulose paper, Grain Torchon , 200 gsm, 28х38 cm was used  

Brushes
-  Wide flat goat brush  4,5 cm 
- Two squirrel round brushes  8-10 mm (can be replaced with squirrel imitation or squirel-mix brushes )
- Round synthetich brush 3 mm (or any small syntetic or kolinsky/kolinsky mix round brush)
- Round synthetich brush  with a long pile, 2mm (optional, or can be replaced by a small synthetic brush or a liner brush of another size)
- Chineese calligraphy brush, small size (you can try to use a soft squirrel brush instead)

Watercolor paints
You can use watercolors of any brand, in tubes or pans. Just don’t forget to mix them with each other before you start to check what blends they give.
- Royal blue (Sennelier 322) (you can try to replace it with Ceruleum or another light blue watercolor paint containting white pigment. Or mix it by yourself from Phtalo blue+ Ultramarine + White)
- Naples yellow  (Sennelier 566)
- Phtalocyanine Turquoise (Sennelier 341)
- Indanthrene blue (Sennelier 395)
- Quinacridone violet rose (White nights 622)
- Payne’s grey (Sennelier 703)
- Dioxazine Purple (Sennelier 917)

Waterproof plastic board 30х40 cm

Pencil НВ and erasers: ordinary and soft 

Paper towels 

Masking paper tape or/and paper clips

Plastic (or ceramic) palette 

Water
